Getting a motor to turn in both directions:
H-Bridge
If both LOW, no motors turn.
If #1 HIGH, #2 LOW, motor turns one direction.
If #1 LOW, #1 HIGH, motor turns opposite directions.
If Both HIGH, no motors turn.
H-Bridge didn't work with motors. Determined it was bad parts with debugging with Professor Mason.
